Pick 3
Kentucky Pick 3 features prizes up to $600, with a midday (1:20pm ET / 12:20pm CT) and an evening (11:00pm ET / 10:00 CT) draw daily. The game offers a variety of wager types so you can play your way.
How to Play
First, choose a draw time: Midday, Evening, or Both.
Mark the number of draws you'd like to play. You can play from 1-7 consecutive draws using your favorite numbers.
Prefer to play a future draw? With Advance Play, you can play on any day you choose, up to seven days in advance.
Select three digits from 0-9, or have Quick Pick randomly generate them. You may use a number more than once.
Do you have lucky numbers you want to play again? It's easy - just use an existing ticket and ask the retailer for Play It Again to buy a new ticket with the same numbers.
Wager Types
Decide on your wager type and amount. You can wager from $0.50 to $5.00 on a playslip, or up to $10.00 at the terminal. The wager type you choose affects the minimum wager:
- Straight
Win if your numbers match the winning numbers in EXACT order.
Minimum wager: $0.50. - Box
Win if your numbers match the winning numbers in ANY order. Box can be 3-Way or 6-Way depending on the numbers you play.
Minimum wager: $0.50. - Straight/Box
A Straight and Box wager in one play. Win if your numbers match the winning numbers in EXACT OR ANY order. If you match in exact order, you win both the Straight and Box prizes. If you match in any order, you win the Box prize.
Minimum wager: $1.00 (combines a $0.50 Straight and a $0.50 Box wager). - Super Straight
Win the Straight payout if your numbers match the winning numbers in ANY order. Super Straight covers all Straight combinations. For example, if you picked 112 as your numbers, Super Straight is like a $0.50 wager on all three of the winning Straight combinations: 112, 121, and 211.
Minimum wager: $1.50 (all Straight combinations). - 1-OFF
Win if your numbers match the winning numbers in EXACT order OR if one or more of your numbers is off by one digit higher or lower than one or more of the winning numbers. For example, if you picked 123 as your numbers, you'd win if the winning numbers were 123, but you'd also win if the first digit was one higher (223) or one lower (023).
Minimum wager: $1.00. - Pairs
Win if your numbers match the winning pair numbers in EXACT order. Pairs are not an option on the playslip; ask your retailer for this wager type.
Minimum wager: $0.50.

If you wagered $0.50, the prize is half of the amount shown (excluding 1-Off and Straight/Box). If you wagered above $1.00, the prize is multiplied by the amount wagered.
