Quick Bucks
Quick Bucks was a daily draw game from the Kentucky Lottery that offered a $50,000 top prize, 1 in 4 overall odds of winning a cash prize, plus a unique Wheel Bet add-on that guaranteed a win. The game is no longer available but this page is provided for information purposes so you can find out how it was played.
QUICK BUCKS HAS ENDED: The final Kentucky Quick Bucks draw took place on March 14th 2020. Prizes can be claimed up to 180 days after the draw date.
How to Play
To start playing, you had to fill out a playslip. First, you chose the number of drawings you'd like to play. You could play up to five drawings per playslip - each drawing had a letter: A, B, C, D and E. You could also play up to 14 times in a row with Multidraw - you just had to mark whether you'd like to play 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 14 consecutive draws.
For a Single Bet play, you chose four numbers from 1-31 for each drawing you wanted to play. Each draw cost $1.00. Next, you picked a single Kentucky Ball number from 1-5 (it could be the same as one of your four main numbers). The lottery computer randomly selected the order of the four numbers on your ticket. You could also select Quick Pick to have the computer randomly choose the four main numbers and / or the Kentucky Ball number.
Alternatively, you could select the Wheel Bet play for $5.00. In this case, you only needed to choose four main numbers from 1-31, not the Kentucky Ball. Wheel Bet gave you five chances to win using all five Kentucky Balls and your four main numbers. You also received a guaranteed prize of at least $2.00! A Wheel Bet contained all five plays on a single ticket. If you played other Single Bet plays (without Wheel Bet) on the playslip, they were each printed on a separate ticket.
The total ticket cost equaled your wager amount, multiplied by the number of drawings you chose on your playslip.
Draws were held every night at approximately 11:00 pm ET / 10:00 CT. If you were lucky enough to win a prize, you could claim it the next business day following the drawing.
